Audition Notice: Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune
World Stage Theatre Company is seeking strong actors for its upcoming production of Terrence McNally’s poignant and darkly funny two-person drama, “Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune.”
This is an intimate, character-driven play about a short-order cook (Johnny) and a waitress (Frankie) navigating the awkward morning after their first one-night stand, searching for connection in a lonely world. Strong emphasis will be placed on chemistry, vulnerability, and comfort with mature themes and partial nudity.

What to Prepare:
Please prepare one contemporary, dramatic monologue (approximately 1-2 minutes) that highlights vulnerability or passion. Sides from the script will also be provided for cold readings.
