Timothy Janak was born and raised in the rural Hallettsville/Shiner, Texas metropolitan area which has a combined population of 4,722. Prior to moving with his family to Tulsa, Oklahoma, he was a public school Special Education Teacher within several challenging schools in San Antonio, Texas. Since graduating from the University of Tulsa College of Law, Tim has operated his own law practice concentrating on matters such as real estate transactions, small business litigation and non-profit governance. In his efforts to continue to develop the right side of his brain, he is also an Adjunct Professor of Humanities/Political Science at Tulsa Community College where he strives to entertain his students while hopefully imparting knowledge and wisdom related to the curriculum. Tim has always supported the Arts and has an appreciation for the power of Theatre to transform lives. In fact, prior to performing dramatic theatrics in the Courtroom, he was paid to appear in one Hollywood movie where his big moment survived the director’s cutting floor and for almost a millisecond, he shared the screen with the leading man. While waiting for Hollywood’s 2nd call for another role, Tim and his wife Carmen have raised four successful children of which 3 attend colleges in different areas of the country and the youngest, is a junior in high school in Tulsa.
